Orders are processed the same day, Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and mailed the next business day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
Packages shipped through DHL and UPS are insured. Please note that orders shipped through USPS are not insured.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These have to be dealt with directly through the shipping company.
You can place an order for curbside pickup by selecting the option at checkout on our website. You will receive two emails from us during the ordering process. The first email will confirm your order was placed, and the second email will let you know that your item is ready for pickup.
After you receive the pickup confirmation, you can come to our store location to collect your order. Please bring a digital or printed copy of the email and a photo ID.
We ask that all orders be picked up within 14 days of pickup confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for packages outside of that time frame.
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10—14 days from the order date.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.
Maryam Nassir Zadeh is not responsible for payment of this duty.
By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
