ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line order.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
All sales final on sale merchandise, markdowns, jewelry and books.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Maryam Nassir Zadeh is not responsible
for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Sales are FINAL after 10 days of purchase.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed
and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We hold the right to deny refunds if
the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from New York, NY.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
All shipments within the U.S. are sent by FedEx Express Saver (2-3 Day)unless otherwise instructed. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping
tracking number. Signature required. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the order date.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the
country in which you reside. Maryam Nassir Zadeh is not responsible for payment of this duty.
STORE RETURN POLICY
Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within
10 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt for the current selling price. No refunds.

books and fragrances. We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise
